About MO-ST

MO-ST Plumbing & Mechanical LLC was formed in April of 2003 by owners Jay Morthland and Joe Stithem with only a couple of trucks, a handful of tools, and a mission. Their mission at the time was to provide exceptional customer service with the highest quality of workmanship at reasonable rates to the Sauk Valley Area.

 

Now,  Jay and Joe bring over 40 years of combined experience in the plumbing industry to their business. Through hard work, endless hours on the job, and a determination to succeed, they have grown into a 25-man shop working out of 2 commercial building locations in northern IL.

In 2017, MO-ST expanded our team by adding an HVAC division. The addition of this mechanical/sheet metal division gives

MO-ST the ability to design, install, service, and maintain all of your heating, cooling, and ventilation needs.

​

Along with our HVAC addition, we have also expanded our list of services to include commercial refrigeration. Our refrigeration team can help with sales, installation, and service of your commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. 

​

We continue to expand our capabilities in the residential, commercial, and industrial markets through continual training and purchasing of the most current technology, materials,  and equipment needed in today's construction industry. We are a full-service plumbing and mechanical company that strives to meet all of our customer's needs no matter how small or large the challenge may be.

 

A lot has changed since our inception in 2003, but our mission has remained the same. We will continue to provide the very best in customer service along with our relentless passion to perform the highest quality of workmanship in the industry.
